Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026. This policy explains what information K-SajuPalja (ksajupalja.blogspot.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. Our site runs on Google's Blogger platform.
Updated October 6, 2026: we added an explanation of how in-depth reading section opens are recorded (section names only). See sections 2, 6 and 11.
Keep your Bond Circle map link private
Your Bond Circle map opens with a private link. Anyone who has that link can open your map and see the nicknames, bond types and scores on it, so share it only with people you trust. Your invite link is different: it lets people add themselves to your circle, but it doesn't open your map. Friends who join can't see their own bond type or score.
Shared devices and links. If you use a shared or public device, tap Not you? Forget this device when you're done, and don't post your private map link in public places such as social media or group chats.
1. Bond Circle: the one feature that stores data with us
Bond Circle connects people, so it has to store some information. When you create a circle, we store your birth date, birth hour (or "unknown"), calendar type and the Day Master we calculate from it, plus two random codes: one for your invite link and one for your private map. When a friend joins, we store the nickname they choose, their birth date and hour, calendar type, their calculated Day Master and bond type, and when they agreed to our terms. We don't ask for real names, email addresses or phone numbers. We use this only to draw Bond Circle maps.
Where and how long. Bond Circle information is kept in a Google Sheets spreadsheet on our Google account, which only we can access. Entries are designed to be deleted from our active spreadsheet about 90 days after they're created. Deleted entries may remain in the spreadsheet's version history or in backups for a limited time.
Removing entries. A circle's owner can remove any friend from their map at any time, which deletes that friend's entry. To ask us to remove an entry, use our Contact page.
On your device, Bond Circle keeps your private map code in your browser so you can reopen your map. Not you? Forget this device removes it.
2. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. It collects the pages you visit and their addresses (URLs), roughly where you are (country or city level), what kind of device and browser you use, and cookie identifiers. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
When you use our in-depth reading, Google Analytics may also record which sections you open (for example, the Personality section) and whether you tap Expand all. These events contain only the section name. They never include your birth date, birth time, name, or any text from your reading. The reading is calculated in your browser; the birth date you enter is not sent to us and we do not store it. If the birth date you enter shows you are under 14, we do not send these events.
The calculator's code is loaded from our public GitHub repository; it runs in your browser and does not send your birth details to our servers.
We keep analytics data for the period set in our Google Analytics settings.
3. Advertising
This site does not currently display third-party advertising. If we add advertising in the future, we will update this policy before the ads appear and explain here which cookies are used and how you can opt out.
4. We don't sell your personal information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We use Google (see section 6) only as a service provider to run this site, and we don't give your information to anyone else unless the law requires it. Within Bond Circle, a circle's owner, and anyone who has the owner's private map link, can see the nickname, bond type and score of each friend in that circle.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example, South Korea or California), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete your personal information;
- Ask us to stop processing your information, or withdraw your consent;
- Not be treated differently for using these rights.
To make a request, use our Contact page. We may ask for extra information to verify your request (for Bond Circle, usually your invite link and nickname). We respond within 10 days for requests under Korean law (45 days for California residents), or sooner where the law requires.
6. Overseas transfer of personal information
K-SajuPalja runs on Google services (Blogger, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script and Google Analytics). Information you give us, or that your visit generates, is therefore processed on Google's servers outside Korea.
- What: Bond Circle entries (birth date and hour, nickname, calendar type, calculated Day Master and bond type, agreement time) and site usage data (pages viewed and their addresses, approximate location, device and browser type, names of in-depth reading sections you open).
- To whom: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. Contact: https://support.google.com/policies?p=privpol_privts
- Country: the United States and other countries where Google's data centers are located.
- When and how: when you use Bond Circle or visit the site, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
- Why: to run Bond Circle and to understand how the site is used.
- How long: Bond Circle entries as described above; analytics data as stated in the Google Analytics section.
- If you refuse: you can decline by not using Bond Circle, which means you can't create or join a circle. Other parts of the site still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the add-on above, with no effect on your use of the site.
7. Deleting information
Bond Circle entries are designed to be deleted from our spreadsheet about 90 days after they're created, and we delete an entry sooner if you ask us through our Contact page, unless the law requires us to keep it. We delete an entry by removing its row from the spreadsheet; copies in Google's version history or backups may remain for a limited time. Analytics data is deleted by Google Analytics according to our retention setting.
8. Safety measures
We protect information in these ways: the site and our Bond Circle service use encrypted (HTTPS) connections; Bond Circle information is kept in a spreadsheet that only we can access; and private map links and invite links use random codes.
9. Cookies
Google Analytics and Blogger, a Google service that hosts our site, may set cookies (for example, for analytics, security or to remember your cookie choices). You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, use the add-on above.
10. Emails
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to handle your request. We keep emails for up to 12 months after we reply, and then delete them; we delete them sooner if you ask. Copies in Google's trash or backups may remain for a limited time.
11. Children
Our site is not directed at children under 14 (13 in the United States), and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Bond Circle is for people 14 or older. Age is self-reported: we don't verify it. If you believe a child has entered information in Bond Circle, contact us and we'll delete it.
The in-depth reading is also for people 14 or older. We don't block younger visitors, but we ask them to read it with a parent or guardian, and we do not send section-open events to Google Analytics when the birth date entered shows a person under 14. As with every visitor, the visit itself is still recorded by Google Analytics as described in section 2.

13. Changes
